In February 2024, I assumed responsibility for managing the Google Ads account of an Office Furniture Store client with the primary goal of enhancing website traffic through strategic advertising. Upon initial assessment, the client's account did not have active campaigns. The account required new campaigns, ad groups, and compelling ad content to drive impactful results.
I conducted thorough keyword research using both the Keyword Planner and SpyFu, identifying high-intent keywords for campaign development. I created four campaigns: two campaigns targeting best-selling brands, one for ergonomic chairs, and one for used office furniture. Keywords were organized into tightly themed ad groups, with ad copies strategically written to include keywords, unique selling points, calls to action, and customer testimonials in descriptions. This approach aimed to maximize relevance and drive engagement.
